What We Offer

Our exercise class Bridport for seniors blends gentle strength training, joint-friendly mobility work, and simple balance exercises—all designed for adults 60+. We use chairs, resistance bands, and light weights to support movements that help in everyday life, like walking, standing up, and reaching.

Each class is led by an experienced instructor who understands older bodies and the challenges they face—from arthritis to joint replacements and low confidence after falls.

When:
Tuesdays: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Thursdays: 8:45 am – 12:45 pm
(Drop in during these hours for the group that suits your pace)

Level: All abilities welcome – seated and standing options always available.
